We service the State of Minnesota helping our Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, Nurses, and other union based organizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service experience is preferred but NOT required
Excellent Communication Skills
Dependable Transportation
Ability to multitask
Ability to read spreadsheets
Must adhere to ALL company regulations and ethics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help facilitate benefits to Union Members
Determine eligibility for new Members
Respond to service request
Provide excellent Customer Service to our Members
Help and assist with the application process
