About the job
We are currently hiring for a benefits specialist which is a full time career with a career path in place for management. We work with members of Unions and Credit Associations here in MN to help facilitate to them the benefits that are in place through their Unions and Associations.
You will have the ability to work from home or at our office located in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- No previous experience in this field is necessary.
- Training is provided upon time of hire.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is preferred but NOT required
- Ability to work remotely
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Help facilitate benefits to Union Members
- Determine eligibility for new Members
- Respond to service request
- Provide excellent Customer Service to our Members
- Help and assist with application process
